Before we open enrollment for our full program we're hosting a small number of free sessions for students and families who want to learn more. Each session is hands-on — students leave with something real, not just information. Limited to 12 students per cohort to keep sessions genuinely useful. All sessions held locally on the Main Line.

About the instructor

The Paragon Academy is led by a Wharton graduate with direct experience as an investment banker, a private equity associate and hedge fund analyst.Over fifteen years on Wall Street reviewing hundreds of analyst candidates — from first rounds to superdays to buyside interviews — certain patterns became impossible to ignore. The students who got offers weren't always the most technically prepared. They were the ones who had genuine curiosity about markets, real exposure to how deals work, and the ability to communicate complex ideas with precision and confidence under pressure.Most of them had one thing the others didn't — someone who showed them how it actually works before they walked into the room.Every lesson at The Paragon Academy comes from having actually done the job.
